There is always a reason! First thing to do is go seek professional help. Next, at the moment you feel disturbed write down EXACTLY what is going through your mind and what is going on around you. Carry a notebook with you everywhere you go and document everything and by everything i mean all of the senses. What are you seeing, feeling, smelling, hearing! Take a deep breath so that you feel your chest rise, hold it for a second then slowly release air as you count backwards from 10. So when you say 10 you will release some ofthe air. By the time you hit 1 you should have released all of the air and should feel the need to inhale. and please go see a doctor.. you could have a serious mental disorder.

start meditation it will help to calm you, and look inside at whats bothering you. combine it with sports and good eating hobbits.
you can also talk to a psychologist.
