Out of all the food shows and networks out there these days, who is your faviorite chef/cook? I lean towards Anthony Bourdain. I enjoy his wit and rock star mentality he has on his show and in his books. How about you? Drop a line to me if you wish to discuss the finer points of yum yums!

Alton Brown, Good Eats
Curtis Aikens -- he doesn't have a show any more but I enjoyed when he did! He's a sweet guy. He had his mom on to make fried pies. I had to search for the recipe at Food TV because I couldn't think of his last name, so here it is:

WOW! That's really difficult to answer. I really enjoy them all for certain reasons. I guess I'll split it into two catagories: formally trained and self taught. I know technically self taught is not a chef.

I think everyone is forgetting Julia Childs. She pretty much started the cooking show craze and she changed the way tv was forever. She is by far my favorite. Funny, professiona, but easy to relate to.
