Apparently there are more on the right being honest about the deeds of bush, but they are probably not as loud or sound as immature as the flaming neocon-screamers. Give the old republicans a chance to breathe the life back into their party and work back to the middle.

Bush has been an incredible president when it comes to confronting terrorism. We would all be speaking Persian/Farsi or Arabic if Al Gore had become president.
However, Bush has also not been fiscally responsible, neglecting to veto bills with huge earmarks and such. On the other hand, his tax cuts have done a marvelous job revitalizing the broken economy handed to him after 9/11. Unemployment is at its lowest, and Americans are better off than ever before according to every major economic indicator. That's not to say that everyone is rich, but there will never be a time when nobody lacks anything. And don't try to tell me that "poverty is higher" or any of that crap. Congress can make poverty statistics higher by raising the national poverty level. It has nothing to do with actual depravation. I don't know one "poor person" who doesn't have a TV or other expensive electronics or who doesn't smoke cigarrettes like they're going out of style.
Just remember, it's very easy to critisize the actions of someone in hindsight, but I would hate to see what would happen if some of you were president. I think that Bush will be considered a hero a decade or two down the road...

Most on the right act as if they feel just as important as GB. Therefore, admitting he is wrong would be the same as admitting that they themselves were wrong. Oh the shame!
BTW: the lefties all but scream from the rooftops what proof (and folks there's plenty of it) exists about the Bush administration's failures.

Why can't the left provide proof about Bush? This country was off track way before Bush took office.

because they don't want to be proved wrong just like Bush- if they say they went down the wrong path.. then that shows defeat.. they want to "win".. so they will never be honest about it..
