Recalling by school physics, friction generates a lot of heat; heat causes expansion, and the tight fit between your pole and her hole might get a little loosened. After which, a lubricant will help slide it out quite comfortably. She should be able to provide that lubricant.
So the first step is to get the friction going. Good luck.

Cement is a nasty idea. What in case you want to get your pole out back because that isn't any longer in top? truly i imagine you truly choose a rod, no longer a pole. and some washing line. in the journey that your spouse had a rod and a number of that whippy line i imagine you would quickly end nerve-racking about dropping your clothing. And as for wind, once you're look after that'll end bothering you too.
