Let me also add my 3-year old got up at 3:30 am this morning.

I'd love to nap, but I can never fall asleep during the day. I made my decision, forget the cleaning. The house isnt THAT bad. I'm going to shop online and then drag the kids to the mall when they wake up. I'll let the oldest run around in the play area, and the force him to try on really cute but uncomfortable clothing as punishment for getting up SO early.

Take a break! Enjoy Yahoo answers! I have three kids..and I clean constantly and it always ends up a mess anyways. A mess in your house (not a horrible mess) just means you are living in your home. No worries and don't sweat the small stuff.

The weather is so lousy here in Chicago that I considered taking the day off to stay out of the driving snow. When my housemate said she was staying home to clean, I decided to come in to work after all. Why should I blow perfectly good vacation time to stay home and clean?!?!?!
