You are partly right. Every Christmas we celebrate a birth; and every Christmas we celebrate Santa Clause. However, the birth is for Jesus and Santa is just Santa. Jesus's birth is why we have Christmas. Santa Clause brings toys every year to put under our Christmas trees. They are two very different people that celebrate two different parts of Christmas. Hope this gives you some idea for the true meaning of Christmas. Happy Holidays!!!!!!

WE do NOT celebrate the birth of Santa. BUT we
DO celebrate the birth of CHRIST. This being on December 25 of each year. I think you need to go back to school and leave the drugs alone. Your brain is basically fried.

If you wish to celebrate the birth of Santa, that is fine. It is not compulsory, though.

Most people associate the celebration of Christmas with the birth of Jesus. This celebration is not compulsory, either.

You can celebrate anything (or nothing) at any time, or not at all. It's entirely up to you.

Actually only one Christmas in 3 is dedicated to the birth of Santa. One in 3 is dedicated to celebrating when Jesus had his 12th birthday (this happened on Christmas). The final one in 3 is celebrated as a day to train chimps to cook turkeys - this is why we have Christmas dinner.
This year is the chimp one.

i'm sorry. i didn't know we celebrated the birth of Santa. i thought it was the birth of Jesus. i'm not sure if you are joking or not, but no, we don't celebrate the birth of Santa on Christmas. Santa Claus is a personage who grew out of several legends and saints, including Saint Nicholas in Europe, and we aren't celebrating any of their birthdays either; it's just another part of the holiday season.
