Me and a friend of mine began to get really fed up with a mutual friend of ours. When we discovered that she was getting on both of our nerves, we had a bit of a b**ch about her. We then thought it would be best 2 both distance ourselves from her but as we all have children in the same class at school we still talked to her and was polite, but just not so keen!. That was about 4 months ago. Now the friend who slagged her off quite a bit more than me, is now very paly with her and acts like nothing happened and now seems a bit off with me!
Whats going on?

Also the friend who is now off with me seemed like such a nice genuine person and most people think she is to?

She wants to be friends with this other woman - and not you. The tables have turned. Yikes!

I don't know why this is true, but my grandmother observed to me once when I was younger that you can never have a triangle of three girls in a friendship or on a play date or anything -- because two will always pair off against one. I have observed this so many times over a lifetime that I can't even count -- happened to me, to my daughters, to relatives. It's like an irrefutable law of nature or something.

She must have been lured to the dark side. Or she found something that they had in common or a way to understand the other woman better and now thinks you are judgemental. Not much you can do about it unless you want to ask her why she seems off with you.

UGH, I have found myself in situations like that entirely way too much.

Ahem, here recently I had a blowout with a guy that I was friends with. We are not anymore. Another friend, a girl, decides to talk trash about him in agreement with me that he is a jerk. But behind my back she was trying to date him. And now she is after one date in a relationship with him.

See? People are just crazy and I will NEVER understand how girls think and act and I am one.

i hate when people do that, maybe she does'nt hold a grudge and just put what ever she felt about her, behind her. but if she acting distance towards you most likely she's talking about you with her but you don't need to let that get in your way just act like you don't know nothing and talk to both of them. because you know what they say keep your friends close and your enemies closer!!

Its called survival of the fittest.
To survive, she teamed up with you so that you werent bitching about her... Now she's teamed up with her and is bitching about you.
My opinion... stick to talking to men they tend to switch off when you ***** thus meaning there's no room for it.
