Serendipity is a good one. Also, if you want a movie that starts out as a romantic comedy then moves quickly into a dark comedy, try Love Stinks, it's hilarious.

I suppose You, Me and Dupree is pretty obvious, but it's pretty funny. Other than that, I haven't really browsed a video store for "date" type movies as of late.
