By 9-g I am assuming you mean 9 gramms (0.009 kg in SI units) and that you are assuming 10,000 "g's" is 10,000 times the accelleration due to gravity at sea level in the UK on average (about 9.8 m/s2). You can use the simple Newtonian equation:

F = ma

F = (0.009 kg) times (10,000) times (9.8 m/s2)

F = 882 N

So the answer is F = 882 N

NOTE: Be careful of considering acceleration in a centrifuge: the change of velocity caused by the circular motion is ALSO an acceleration! This would depend on the radius of the centrifuge! My solution is for linear acceleration.

To calculate the force exerted on the 9g object is simple....

First of all, 1G = 9.81 m/s^-2

F=mass * acceleration
= 9 * (10,000 * 9.81)
=882,900 N or 882.9 KN

Use F=ma
m = 9 grams, = .009 kg
a = 10,000 g = 10,000*9.8 m/s^2

Therefore F = .001*9.8(10,000) kg m/s^2
