No, it's their culture. If Americans would be thought nationalism in schools, and in everyday life, then we would be like that too. Even you and me. The politicians are so full of their own "culture" that they made statements such as: France is a light that enlightens the whole uncivilized nations.
The fact that they are like that is not truly their fault, and we have to make them aware that their behavior is not productive. But while you're doing that, remember that that could be you.

Im think there is nothing obnoxious or rude about the french..I take it this question is been asked to the Americans. I see there is still a grudge been held against the French over the Iraq war. I believe the French had the courage to stand up against what they construed to be wrong. You know there are plenty of people around the world are saying the same against the Americans. Remember where the Statue of liberty came from and why its there in the U.S.A . What '' do you want to give it back. Grow up America and stop being Rude yourself. I believe the rest of Europe do not hold your views about the French.. P.S what the hell is your man soloman above me talking about. Good grief

There are supposed to be meanings to colors. Red haired people get
angry easily., and calm down quickly. Black haired people are darker,
plotting revenge. Blondes have the "dizzy" label because they are kind
of carefree!
I think skin tone reveals things too. I'm white, but I think whites are more
prone to intellectualize their emotions, instead of letting them out. Which might make us seem snooty. Just like darker skin tones reveal people who
are more likely to react on emotion, which causes trouble for some.
But they get thier stuff out!
Just an observance. I never say what I "see" is Gospel!
