Let's put it this way - on the rare occasions that it snows, it's gone within about an hour or two. They've had one time that they've had to shovel it (it was about 3 inches last year) and it was still gone in less than a day.

It will be around a high of 57 degrees, and a low of 36 degrees at the time you go. It is very rare for it to show in vegas. It is in the middle of the desert you know. Not impossible, but HIGHLY unlikely. I have been there dozens of time and have never been snowed on...never even heard of it snowing there in the CITY ever!!

The last time it snowed on the strip was 2003 and lasted until about 10am.
otherwise it just gets cold.
Skining is available about 45 minutes out at Mt Charleston

It is rare, but it does happen. There should not be that much, if any, while you are there. And it doesn't really keep you from going outside or enjoying the town. Have a great time! Congrats!

only in the mountains,it actually snows in vegas about 1 in every 7 yrs.it does,but it does'nt stick.Way north in vegas,it might snow very little.

it's unlikely but you never know. even if it did, it probably wouldn't be very heavy or last too long. but that doesn't mean it won't be cold. bring a jacket and closed shoes.
