Hot bath, midol, lay in bed with a heating pad. try to relax. If that doesnt work call your doctor. Some craps are just to much for the over the counter medicines. Hope you feel better soon!! Also in the organic area of the supermaket they sell a tea for womens monthly (cant remember exactly whats its called) but its for cramps. Maybe you can send someone out to look for it.

Go to your doctor, he/she will be able to prescribe something for you. You might be able to get stuff over the counter anyway. Either one, has to be better than putting up with those cramps!

Don't panic, cause stress makes cramps worse. When I get cramps, I take Ibuprofen, and that almost instantly makes me feel better, hope it helps! ^^

stay away from alcohol and caffeine, they only make it worse. Exercise and put a heat pack on your stomach. Also drink plenty of fluids, take ibuprofen and have some chocolate.
