Go to add/delete programs and delete it. Then if you want start over with the program.

Hi,

Sounds like some user policies have been applied to your Windows user account. You can disable them thru the registry (regedit), but thats an environment for techs. First try running ad-aware on our downloads page. Be sure to update the program before running it.

If that doesn't work go into the registry by type regedit in the "Run" dialog box. Then you will see a tree structuring. Goto

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ Software\ Microsoft\ Windows\ CurrentVersion\ Policies

and delete everything in right window pane. Do the same thing under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.

BE CAREFUL DON'T CHANGE ANYTHING ELSE!!!

gather up the computer, all the manuals, documentation, cables,, etc. and put them back into the box the computer came in. Take it back to the store and get your money back. Never try to use a computer again, please, please, please.
