In the entire US, it is Alaska. If you are speaking of the 48 contiguous states, then it is Minnesota.

Alaska, which is the western most, and eastern most as well. Hawaii is the southern most. And lets see, if you cut Alaska in half, it would be both the largest and second largest state. Alaska if placed over the 48, would strech from the east coast to the west coast, and from Texas to Minnesota.

Alaska happens to be the northernmost, westernmost and easternmost state in the United States, since the Aleutian islands cross the 180 meridian.
