Example A - Mein Kamf (Sp?) the book Hitler wrote about his life, obviously not written and sometimes not printed in the US. Also at like the crazy old bookstores they have old european witchcraft books

No, but if it is printed in the U.S. and sold in the U.S. the publisher makes more money per copy. They do have printing groups in Europe, but overall it is cheaper to make it in the U.S. and ship it to the U.S.
