Lets say you roll doubles, you advaance, got me so far? Roll doubles again and on the second doubles you land on "go to jail". Since you rolled doubles you get to roll again. But you are in jail. So what if you rolled a third set of doubles while in jail? Because on the third roll of doubles you are supposed to go to jail. WHAT HAPPENS!

Everyone here didn't read the question! Let me replay the situation for you: I roll doubles, move the number of spaces, roll doubles again, move the spaces which ends on GO TO JAIL. The rules state that when you roll doubles, you get another turn, and after the third doubles you go to jail. but after the second doubles which ended with me in jail, I rolled a third which BOTH gets me out of jail (50$ fine) and sends me to jail because of the 3rd doubles. This is the definition of a paradox. There are no rules for this situation.

when you land on go to jail that cancels the first 2 counts as a 3rd count for going to jail so if you roll them the third time you get out of jail free for the doubles but if you roll them 2 more times it puts you back in

As the rules state: "When a player is sent to Jail he cannot collect $200 salary in that move since, regardless of where his token is on the board, he must move it directly into Jail. A PLAYER'S TURN ENDS WHEN HE IS SENT TO JAIL." This will apply if you land on "Go to Jail" the first or second time you roll doubles.

Throwing doubles to get out of jail can only happen on any of your NEXT three turns.

After rolling the second doubles and landing on "go to jail", you would go to jail and that would end your turn. Since your turn ends when you have to go to jail, you wouldn't get a third roll and it wouldn't be a problem.

we always made when you land on the go to jail, that ends your turn, even if you rolled doubles.

But i can agree with what someone said earlier.. if you roll two doubles and land on the go to jail, if you roll a third it doesnt count because the go to jail basically reset the double train.

When rolling doubles and you land on the in jail spot, you aren't in jail yet, just visiting. but roll doubles three times and then you are automatically sent to jail. where you have to roll doubles or pay to get out unless you are lucky to have a get out of jail card free.

You have to stay in jail. Why? Even though you need doubles to get out of jail, that would be your 3rd roll of doubles.. which puts you back in jail. So, it's kinda like getting out of jail on a work pass.. or a conjugal visit.. lol.

Going to Jail immediately ends your turn, so rolling another doubles on that turn is not possible.

you roll doubles a third time, you go to jail, and your turn immediately ends. the third doubles doesn't do anything for you other then land your *** in jail. you then sit there and twiddle your thumbs (or whatever appendage you like to twiddle while waiting) until your next turn when you can either pay the bail or the card, or try to roll doubles again.

Going to jail immediately revokes any doubles. You do not roll again.
