Seriously though, If the house was in an area where I wanted to live, I would consider it. I would research what the taxes and insurance would be each year and also get someone to inspect the home (ie...good foundation, termites, electrical and plumbing). I would also get the value of the home assessed in case I wanted to sell it. Renting is also an option, but it sure is time consuming and irritating, especially if the house is in a different state.

If U never met him U can't exactly reminisce by visiting his things yet I'd still go look at the house maybe move in or sell it U still would feel that U should keep some memento of him just because there was no intimacy U don't wanna ignore him. Everyone is worth knowing. ;D

I would probably cry and be in shock and disbelief! My husband and I are currently looking for a house and that would make our day. We probably couldnt afford the taxes so we would probably end up selling it and buying something we could afford in our home town so that we wouldnt have to move, but it would definately be a blessing!

I would probably sell it and use about a million to buy a smaller house. I would then use the rest to pay off loans and travel for a while.

I'd stay there for about two weeks... then SELL. I'd use the money to move,travel, go back to school, college funds for my kids.... and blow a bunch on shoes and purses.

hell yeah! i'd use it as a vacation home and rent it out the rest of the year. and make sure there's a damn good insurance policy on it too.
