they dont have any cosmetology schools in your area? If you just want to learn how to put makeup on your own face, you can try going to the cosmetics area in a department store (Macy's, Dillards, JCPenney...) and have the lady at the counter show you how to apply it. Good luck!

My advice is to talk to people at your beauty parlors around town. Your hairstylist will probably have all the answers you need. Good Luck!!
