No, they don't grow new limbs.

Alligators do not grow new limbs and you can deep fry them and they taste like chicken of course!

No. Some lizards regrow tails, and some amphibians may regrow limbs, but it is a rare trait.

I think they do just like chickens grow new wings after they harvest them for Kentucky fried chicken wings ddddaaaa

No they can not. Not even the tail. They are not like most reptiles that can grow their tails back.
I do not think they do not taste like chicken they are too chewy.
