handmade products are unique, one-of-a-kind.
machine made are more standard, duplicates.
either can be of good or poor quality.
handmade can be artistic and beautiful, customized and individual (or it can be cheezy and unenlightened too)
machine made is going to be able to make many of the
same thing in a shorter time...
but you have to build the machine first.
handmade there's not much up-front investment.

machine made produces are produced faster and all are exactly the same.
hand made, takes longer to make, and each one will be slightly different.
