don't have to constantly refresh my page to get it to fully load. I will click on a link, or type in a web site and it tries to load but it can't or won't and as soon as I click on refresh it loads right away. Any ideas? Thanks

First restart your computer, router, modem. That might do it. But if it doesn't...
I'd try to update your browser, that's pretty weird behavior.
Or try another browser like Firefox if your using IE and see if the problem persists.

It may a problem with your internet cache being full. Try emptying it. If you're using IE go to tools > Internet Options and click Delete Files.
It could also just be that your internet connection or network is getting bogged down by traffic and your page requests are getting timed out the first time they try to load. If you have a slow internet connection this could also be causing your browser to time out like that.

Run ad-aware, or spybot s&d, do a clean up (delete temp intenret files, temp files, and cache, run defrag. see if that helps
