Yes it is OK to get stomach while being pregnant. It means that your baby is growing. But if they are not just a little ache I think that you should go to a doc ,there might be something wrong.

It could be many things- gas, movement, stretching, natural cist growth or worse case scenario, miscarriage.

With the cist, it is normal to experience some discomfort where your ovaries are. This disappears after about 10 weeks along.

If you are experiencing extreme pain and notice some spotting, go see to a hospital immediately- this cannot be a good thing.

It's perfectly natural to worry about these sort of things, especially if it's your first child.

Good luck- wish you all the best.

Depend on the location of the stomach ache. If it's towards the bottom of your belly then it's just your ligaments stretching so it feels uncomfortable. But it could also be your baby moving depending on how far along you are. Congrats!!

depending on if its at your lower stomach, its your ligaments stretching and it may just be morning sickness if your throwing up or felling nausea's. i would call the DR and see what he/she says about it, to be on the safe side.
