when will kingdom hearts 3 english com out and will it work on playstation 2 pal?

No, its going to be on the PS3, since it isn't going to be available for a few more years. The creator, Tetsuya Noruma, has already told Disney when they asked him, he's busy with other projects at the moment.

Kingdom Hearts 3 will be about Sora, Riku, and Kairi on Destiny Islands when they recieved the message from King Mickey. It will probably be on Playstation 3, and it probably won't be released for another 2,3 maybe even 4 years. Nothing is known for sure yet... ALSO: Kingdom Hearts:Birth By Sleep for PSP which is about the characters from the Kingdom Hearts 2 secret ending and Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ Kingdom Hearts:358/2 Days for DS which is about Roxas in Organization 13 and about the mysteries of the organization Kingdom Hearts:Coded for mobile phones which is about a mysterious message that appears in Jiminy's Journal and it has to do with Sora and King Mickey Also, we are not positive on when they are coming out, probably in the next year or so, sometime after they finish Final Fantasy 13, and verses 13, Normua said he was going to center his work around the Kingdom Hearts series. These three new KH games coming out happened either during or before Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, they are not a continuation of KH2. They are also known as side games. I Hope That Helped -Kairi

as of this moment. All plans for KH3 are to make it PS 3 only sorry bud. But with the growing number of characters and judging from the final scene in the hidden ending the game is gonna be huge and i honestly don't think that game would fit onto 1 ps2 disc.

i think i saw sumthing bout a kh3, but not sure. check wikipedia. but, it will most likely be on the ps3, sry.
