There is no way I would spend $500 on a game console.

I would never spend $500, and I don't think alot of people would. Sony would have done better to drop the price-especially considering the amount of people that buy these things during Christmas- to compete with XBOX 360 and Wii.

Actually the premium one is a bit over $600. I already got one for my son for Christmas. By the time the price drops all his friends will already have one, so there was no way I was going to make him wait. His happiness is priceless.

I am going to wait until the year 2040 for the Playstation 10. It will cost $10.000 and play every game that has ever been invented.

I'll wait for the price to drop, just like I'm doing with the new Xbox. I would like to have them both but I'm not paying that kind of money for them.
