Dark - always.
I bought a bar recently in Paris, on the Champs Elysees. It was pure extasy for the tastebuds.
On a normal day, I buy the Lindt, 70% Dark Chocolate bar. It takes me a week to eat a whole one as I snap off a square of it every evening. I really savour and enjoy it.
Milk chocolate - for the most part - is just sugary candy.

I'm partial to Hershey's. But, I will try other brands. I like milk chocolate. BUT, I'm crossing over to dark chocolate and I'm LOVING it. It's so filling! All you need is a few pieces and you're satisfied! Milk chocolate doesn't do that for me! It justs makes me crave more!

I love dark chocolate and Hershey's is the best (aside from the old Toblerone which isn't made anymore). My family and I visited a reproduction village of Swedish immigrants and they had the best chocolate. I have never been able to find anything like it ever.

I prefer milk chocolate. I'll really only eat dark chocolate in a cookie.
I tend to prefer the better/ more expensive brands - Vosges and Lindt for eating, and Valrhona for baking or candymaking (I've just started making homemade toffee - YUM!) - but every now and again, nothing beats a nice Reese's peanut butter cup or Heath bar!

I don't really like dark chocolate.. I like white chocolate too.. Erm.. I don't really have a favourite brand.. Lindt are good.. I can't actually remember the other's names now.. =)

I love dark chocolate a lot more then milk. Something about that slightly bitter taste gets me everytime.
