i need tips on getting my toetouch highger and to easily lift my leg up in the air also tips on the scorpion (i do stretching all the time, any other tips please) all of the last 2 in stunts

It is a stretch but it might help. Put your legs in a v on the floor a lift your left leg up point your toes, made little circles graduliteing getting bigger. Do the same with the right. Do 10 circles each time. It should hurt a little. This should help your toe touches. You have to do it every day though.
