Trust me on this one. Pick a place, go there and hang out in the malls......Greenbelt, SM, Ayala....Pinays love to shop just like every other woman in the world. Stay away from the French Bakerys you will get stuck with a bunch of old geezers looking for thrilla in manila. Depending on how you interesting you are, you can more then just a catch, prolly end up in a very romantic escapade. Just make sure you are dressed in good fashion, relaxed (flipflops are important without the socks and ditch the flip phone for a candy-bar style phone) Pinays are the easiest to fall in love with because they genuinly fall in love back. This is only if you are into the mushy stuff because they sure are.
I dont recomend any mail order bride service or dating site. Its rather tasteless and once you get there you dont want to feel stuck to one girl who you met on the internet. Instead if you have a good Filipino friend, just got there with him and let him show you the sights and be a good judge and translator while you are there (they may know english, they just don't always speak it especially when they are with their friends and want to talk crap or comment around you). You are bound to find the love of your life this way. It may take a few visits but a trip to the Philippines is worth the hassle, even if you don't end up finding the perfect one.

There are many web sites for meeting foreign women. You must be careful in selecting a legit website first as many of them are scams from the start. Once you find a legit website you still have to be careful in selecting 'real' ladies to communicate with. I listed some reliable websites below. There are no doubt many more.
