I need a cheap, fast, wireless, with LCD. I have checked with Dell, IBM and don't like gateway or HP. Can you give me some sites to find some good deals? Thanks.

I would just like to add a few things.

If you get an Intel-based PC, get one with a Pentium 4, NOT a Celeron. They may seem the same, but they aren't.

Also, ask about RAM expansion slots. You may want to add RAM some day, only to find out that all the slots are full and you'll be stuck buying more than you intended.

Last, ask about getting a second hard drive to back up your data. This can be internal or external. If this is is some kind of business, you need to be able to have backups of your stuff for records-keeping.

i do recommend dell, although you say you already checked that out. i have a Dell dimension (lower end) for a family comp and its pretty descent. it has a 2.8ghz P4 w/ 512mb Ram, 40gig HDD, and came with a 15" flat panel free. it was about $450 all together. thats about as cheap as it gets. definately not for games though. will work for e-bay stuff. get a wireless card from tigerdirect.com ($20-50)

Well the speed of your PC will not really have much affect on going online. The speed of the internet is rarely faster than the speed of even a half decent desktop these days. I would have to recommend looking to the E-machines. They are cheap and will definately serve this purpose well.
