I'am having a problem when I play Yahoo Pinochle?

This happens everytime I play pinochle only , when I'am finished play I can't close out I have to hit (Ctrl Atl Del) . Can you please help me?

try clicking on the X at top of page instead of quit.

I have the same problem it tells me internet explorer blocked a popup from search and I have been playing for 5 years... What is the problem?
