coz white is nothing nowadays it doesnt matter what WE find offensive or OUR opinion just as long as none of the minority (or should i say "majority" groups) are upset then its ok.

I would assert you made that up. I've never heard anyone say the term Black Board is racist.

This is a daft question because nobody is seriously stopping anyone else using the term black-board!
I sometimes think people go hunting for examples of what they term 'pc' so they can somehow indirectly suggest racism isnt all that bad...
The 'black board' story is like the one about the EC insisting that we only import straight bananas......
