One theory (evolutionist one) is that since all living systems have a common ancestor, meaning they all developed from the same original life form, they carry the same method for maintaining life and passing on biological information. There are a few exceptions in more primitive life forms that do no have DNA (some bacterias e viruses) and use only RNA. It is therefore believed that RNA was the first biological molecule to exist. Some RNAs also functions and a protein, and others form complexes with protein for enzymatic activity (ribosomes). It is understood that protein developed as a more versatile form for enzymatic activity, and DNA evolved as a more stable form for storing information. ATP is such an efficient energy storing molecule, that is dominant in all life forms.

Well...to make it easy

DNA: DNA is the blueprints of our whole body. Each cell contains DNA and the DNA tells the cells what to do, to grow until they reach this size, etc. DNA is the boss

RNA: RNA most of the times is the intermediate of what the DNA wants to express. If DNA wants to send a message, the cell will copy that message in RNA format, and then the RNA format will be traslated into proteins that will express and do DNA's message

ATP= All organisms need energy, and ATP is the most common and efficient kind of energy you can find (biologically) ATP in order to give energy is dephosphorilated (somebody comes and takes phosphate groups from it ) forming, ADP (2 P) or AMP (1Phosphate)

DNA and RNA contains the genetic information for the biological development of the organism. Therefore, all living systems must have DNA or RNA to pass on their hereditary traits to their offsprings.

There are process like glycolysis, Krebs cycle, oxidative phosphorylation which generate ATP. ATP is the main energy source for the majority of cellular functions. There are reactions in our body which cannot proceed without energy, thus all living systems must use this ATP system.

because that is how life was formed
atp is used because of its ability to release large amounts of energy easily
dna is used because it the best way to regulate what a cell does
and rna is used because it is the only thing that can fit outside of the nuclear pores
