I'm very interested in the medical field. I'm almost 40 years old and think that becoming a dr or anything like that would be almost impossible, since it would take about 30 years to complete studies because I HAVE to work full time (I actually work full time job-40+ hrs per week and a part time job-30 hours per week). I'm trying to figure out what my other options are at this point. Maybe an EMT or a nurse. Any serious advice?

I'm not sure where you are located, but I know there are evening/weekend programs for both of those majors at both the state universities and the community colleges around here (I'm in Michigan). Both of those professions will take time away from one of your current jobs, but they are not impossible. I believe the EMT programs around here start with an intro class that will then allow you to get into a position with a rescue unit/hospital that may be more flexible with scheduling to allow you to complete you course work. There are also a lot of the basics (science, math, psych) that you can take online or at a most cost effective facility until you are ready to get into your core program classes. Best of luck! I'm sure you'll find a way to do it.

Depends where you live, if you live in Florida you can make 9.00 an hour as an EMT unless you take fire school than you can get in with a decent fire station and make 35,000 year.
Training is about full time 1 semester or part time 2.

My boyfriend got his basic EMT card last year in one quarter at a local college and he is now working for firefighting/paramedic. He will have only been in school for 3 years, but he can get a job now.
