It only hurts when it doesnt work out. We can fall in love but it might not last forever, thats why it can hurt sometimes. Love is great when it works.

Why would Love hurt? You cannot simultaneously love someone (be loved by someone) and be hurt. This is not love? Most people confuse love with lust, longing, preoccupation, etc. Love is not a blaze. A blaze consumes itself...thus the illusion of pain we have because the emotion we have is so strong, yet it is is transient, ephemeral, and short lived...we are hurt by the sudden absence.

Preoccupation also hurts (another thing we think is love) because the emotions and feelings we generate in our mind greatly overshadow the emptiness of reality...nothing is as good as we imagine it...especially when it comes to relationships.

Love is tempered and sure. Love is work where the two are in symbiosis each giving and taking for the betterment of the whole. There is no score-card in true love...there is only a marriage between two, willing to become selfless for the other, destruction of ego for the good of the one...her there is harmony (even in times of difficulty) and there is accord.

So, no there is no pain in love...unless one part of the whole is taken...before its time.

Love is a basic dimension of human experience that manifests itself in feelings, emotion, behavior, thoughts, perception and attitude. It influences, underlies and defines major patterns in interpersonal relationships and self-identification.

Love is variously conveyed as a sense of tender affection, an intense attraction, the foundation of intimacy and good interpersonal chemistry[1], willing self-sacrifice on behalf of another, and as an ineffable sense of affinity or connection to nature, other living beings, or even that which is unseen.

The diverse range of meanings associated with the single word 'love' is commonly contrasted with the plurality of Greek words for Love, reflecting the depth, versatility, and complexity of the concept.

This diversity of meanings is further reflected in the many distinct classifications of love including: romantic love; sexual desire; platonic love; religious love; familial love; true love; and the more casual application of the term to anything pleasurable, enjoyable, desirable, or preferred, including activities and favorite foods.

Love works by association, need and expectation. Some people love others because they give their life structure and meaning;some people love because they can't bare the thought of being alone and most people love because they have pre-conceived notions of how their life should be and are soon disappointed. I love football.

I can't quite explain it. At least not without writing pages on the subject. But I concur. It's good. But it hurts.

I've given up on love now. I don't think it exists so I want someone that just wants fun and lots of sex. I reckon that would work, none of this living together rubbish.

Love does not work
Love does not pretend
Love does not use masks
And do not need to be nice,
do not have to smile all the time
Love do not need bother
Especially...
when you are in love,
each other...
