Can anyone give me a brief summary of what has happened on Smallville so far this season?

I love that show. But these days I am almost always busy when it comes on. So I've missed every episode so far this season, except two. Can anyone give me a basic run down of what has happened, main events, etc...?

Clark gets tricked into freeing general Zod who takes over Lex's body a wreaks havok. Oliver Queen (green Arrow) starts to make regular appearances. I miss the show often also
