I'm looking for someone - possibly a student - to shoot a music video for one of my songs. I'm a jazz singer and songwriter so it would preferably be someone into jazz. Also as there is no money in it, it would probably most likely be someone with free access to equipment who could include it as part of a course requirement or something??? If you leave an email address, I can send you more info.

Will do it. They are shooting a music video for me. They do not work for free but are cheap and you might be able to get a very good price indeed.
They are Yorkshire based and have no offices in London. Their prices are very good though so it might be worth having a look as you might save more money than the travel costs.

I am with a young persons (14-18) film club and after christmas we are working with a group called tech control to give three lucky young bands/singers a choice to have a music video proffesionally made for them, a sort of X-factor if you will. We are set around Basildon in Essex, go to www.loco-motion.org.uk and e-mail the main guy, Jack Norris, he should give you some more information.

Alot of towns have community access tv. Find out if your town has community access tv, then find out where their studio is. They will have all the equipment, and know how, likley free as well. My town has one, I have done a few projects there, turned out really nice, after several hours in the editing room.
