who knows. intelligence metrics are notoriously unreliable as indicators of success and academic achievement. many high intellect people are averse to academic environments, and many people with average intelligence perform well in academic environments if they find it challenging and comforting.

keep in mind that adult IQ tests are notoriously inaccurate. i have a friend who does doctorate level research on the subject at Stanford U, and they find that the "average" IQ of adults between ages 24-39 is 115. it becomes very difficult to objectify the test's content to fit the complex, conditioned, learning-sophisticate adult mind. the only reliable IQ tests are those administered to children between ages of 6-12.

I think an Army Major would be smarter because he gets his clothes for free whereas a business minor would be smarter than a coal miner because he can see daylight but a coal miner is smarter than an actor because he can sing and dance in the local minstrel show on the way home from work and not have to use makeup. I hope that I have you out here even though I am still waiting for my application to the Menstral processed.

No, because people are lead to believe Paper make you Smart. If, the Mensa not have the paper on the wall stating this subject has been bought and paid for, then the one who has bought the paper is considered smarter.

A DEGREE FROM ANY UNIVERSITY (BACHELOR, MASTER...) DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE SMART. I KNOW A LOT OF STUPID PEOPLE THAT HAVE DEGREES. MENSA MEMBER IS JUST INTELLIGENT, NOT SMART! MOST INTELLIGENT PEOPLE ARE STUPID (BY THE WORDS OF FOREST GUMP:"STUPID IS THAT STUPID DOES.")
