THink of your main idea or point this is what you believe
Think of the reasons you believe this - these are your major points. THese things are your thesis and introduction.
Explain your major points with as much evidence and reference to credible sources - this is your Body of your Essay
Finally Conclude and summarize

well maybe you should write on you life with every detail but refer it as to some one eles and change it up a bit so the class or the teacher wont know its bout you but it still has real life basic facts and it will seem real i did it once in the 4th grade and the teacher feel in love with it and she still has it posted on her class room wall today and im in the 9th grade now

You could write about your hopes & dreams for the future how you would like the world to be when you are older & how you can see your ideal world, include yr family, friends etc in it. Use your imagination & make it exciting. Most will be writing about the same thing..Good luck :)
