I have 2 WR to play ...Who do I use this week ?? Caldwell, berrian , booker & holt?

Start Holt and Berrian.
Holt is a must start against a horrible Arizona Defense, ranked 30th total in the NFL giving up 352.5 yards per game.
Berrian has a great matchup against a bad Minnesota Defense which is ranked 31st against the pass, giving up 242.5 yards per game. Also, the Minnesota Run Defense only allows an average of 56.6 yards per game, which will force the Bears to pass the ball more offensively.

Holt is obvious for one of the positions. He's slowed down of late, but he's still a rock steady over all performer. Your second slot is harder. I'd consider looking on the waiver wire for either Nate Washington or Devery henderson. Both of those guys are likely better options then Caldwell, Berrian, or Booker. If you are forced to chose among those players, I'd take Caldwell. Caldwell is up against a pourous lions defense that quit last week. The game is in New England. You have to like the potential in that situation.

Holt is the "duhhhhh" answer.

I'd go with Berrian as #2. Chi-town is due for a turn around on the offense. Plus they're playing Minn whose run D is awsome, so I see them putting the ball up a lot.

How can you ever sit Holt? With Ronnie Brown out of the game, I would imagine the Dolphins throwing even more, and Booker seems to be a favorite target of Harrington's.
