Does your medical school have any agreements with hospitals from the United States? If so, you can conduct your internship through this agreement. Otherwise, you may need to contact US hospitals that have programs for international medical students. Jackson Memorial Hospital of Miami is one of them. University of Alabama Medical Center, Birmingham, Alabama has an agreement with the Egyptian government in sending medical students over. Ask your college officers if you qualify.
