Firstly, sorry to hear about the Chemo. Had it myself some years ago and still here to tell the tale so on a positive note, it does work. I felt down all the time when on it and really lonely so to cheer myself up I started to watch all the old comedy things on sky gold such as Only fools and horses anlast of the summer wine. Became hooked on them and really cheered myself up. At the Hospital I went to there was a self help group where we met up once a week if well enough and just chatted over coffe. Try asking your Hospital if they do something like that or if not then how about trying to start one up from the friends you will have met at the Chemo sessions.

Are you still suffering from your chemo - you poor thing. Ignore your Mother if she's trying to start a rift. Speak to her about how it upsets you and, with the chemo you just cannot bear it. Tell her straight - however difficult it is. Good luck.

I was feeling pretty bad myself too. But you story kind of puts mind in perspective. I try to focus on the positives. I think it's key that you have something to look forward to. If not you dwell in the crappy now (cos that's when you feel like that). But life hasn't always been so bad, and it probably won't be in the future. I think once you grasp that you improve a lot (sure you still not on top of the world but you know it will get better).

Do you have a pet? I find that why I'm feeling down if a good cry doesn't help cuddling with my cats and dog always help. If you don't have a pet maybe you can do some research on the web for a pet you can adopt.
Good luck to you. I'm sorry you are ill. Try and cheer up, listen to fun music.

Your entitled too babe, if anyone can feel sorry for them self your allowed.
Tell your mum that you know she means well, but right now another rift is what you could live without.
Go put your feet up and watch a good comedy honey!

You just had Chemo and your mother is that big a *****. Ok I have had Chemo and it sucks something fierce. You tell your mother she can act like a ***** when u are better. Until then behave. Why are you home alone after Chemo. You can get very sick or passout.

Look at holidays and somewhere fantastic where you've always wanted to go and promise yourself to do it when the chemo is over. Focus on something positive and your family will sort themselves out.
