I am unable to find a way to communicate with Yahoo directly, and I am extremely disappointed with the new "beta" TV Listings.

1. I cannot view prime time (8pm-11pm) I can merely jump ahead in 3 hour increments.
2. Yahoo TV used to give info about when an episode originally aired, which I found very useful. It now lacks that info.
3. It does not even give the simple info about whether it's a "repeat" anymore (note the Numb3rs episode airing Dec. 1)

For now I’m switching to the TV Listings at http://www.zap2it.com/tv/ They are not as useful as the “old” Yahoo listings, but much better than the “beta”. I’ll check every week to see if Yahoo has reinstated their good listings format.

I would like to send this feedback to the Yahoo people responsible for the TV Listings. Do you know how this can be done?

Thank-you.

I am also very unhappy with the new & allegedly improved Yahoo "Beta" TV listings. Here is the link I used to share my issues with them....

http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/tv/tvhelp/listings/tv-b04.html

I clicked on the "Contact Customer Care" button in the lower right hand corner.

Your concerns were the same as mine, in addition to no longer being able to add a TV Show to my calendar. I received a response from them stating that they were forwarding my correspondence to the engineering team. I don't know if anything will get done about it, but I'm certain that if more people voice their unhappiness, at least Yahoo will be aware of customer dissatisfaction.

You can't contact yahoo over the Internet. I tried. I received unjustified violation notices I wanted to get reversed but there's no "Contact Us" to speak with someone about it. And if you reply to it a computer sends you a form letter. No one even reads it. They are unreachable via computer. You have to try to reach them by phone, that could be possible that way, maybe, somehow though I wish I knew how. I'm using TV Guide Listings now, but they're not as good as the OLD yahoo, better than this new garbage.

I wish I knew to give them some feedback myself...

I like the new interface -- I'm able to jump in 1-hour increments now -- but otherwise agree with you and also am missing the "Add to Yahoo! Calendar" and am experiencing some bugs with displaying all my 'Favorite Channels.'

I don't like the way Yahoo! rolls out product upgrades... they often come as a surprise, with little or no warning, and don't provide an easy-to-find link for feedback. It comes across as a "We know what we're doing, don't bother us" kind of attitude, imho.

Forget it, Yahoo has ruined it... time for something else.

Get Titan TV, it is GREAT just set up a free account.

I got that from an answer to my "Yahoo TV SUCKS" quesiton fwiw.

Yahoo seems impervious to user inputs. Change for change sake seems to be their O.M..
