Try a Microdermabrasion product. It will exfolliate skin and remove the dead skin cells that dull your complexion. The Mary Kay set has 2 steps: Refine and Nourish. It has no cleanser or moisterizer. It is an AWESOME product. It really softens your skin and will reduce any appearance of fine lines you might have. Its 100% guaranteed. Wash face before use. Use it 2-3 times per week. Follow with good moisterizer.

This luxurious delight of a bath is an updated version of one Cleopatra might have used to keep her skin soft and smooth. (Here is a hint: the lactic acid in the main ingredient has amazing skin-softening properties. Cleopatra swore by asses’ milk. This formula calls for an easier to find substitute!)

The bath has the added benefit of helping to remove toxins, and being very calming and relaxing, too. Read the simple but heavenly formula here:
INGREDIENTS

1 cup buttermilk
3 tablespoons Epsom salts
1/2 tablespoon olive oil or canola oil
3 drops lavender essential oil

1. Combine ingredients and pour into the stream of warm water as your tub fills.

2. Immerse yourself and soak for 15 minutes or so.

Helpful Hints:
Please be sure to use pure essential oil, rather than perfume oil. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a serious health condition, please be sure to consult a medical professional before using essential oils.

Put a few tablespoons of olive oil in a bath of warm water and soak for a while. Use an old towel to dry yourself or else it will get covered in oil. Also use talc powder afterwards to absorb any excess oil. A few baths of this and you'll be smooth and soft.

Keep a bottle of baby oil in the shower and after you turn the water off, but before getting out rub baby oil all over and let it sit for a minute or two before drying off.
