can you tell were to locate the thermostat on a 1997 laguna?

It should be at the end of the radiator hose that goes from the top of the radiator to the block, on the block end there should be an aluminum housing held on with 2 or 3 bolts. Thermostat is under this housing.

It's at the other end of the big top or bottom hose coming from the radiator. There will be a round housing that the hose is attached to, usually held on by 2 or 3 bolts.
