due to speed in our life we are uable to pay attention what others say. what is your opinion?

That you are getting an answer is proof to the contrary. What is usually the problem is that what people say isn't worth anothers time listening because it is not something they are interested in listening to. After all the power of the spoken word is not in the lips of the speaker, it is in the ears of the listener.
Start by listening to others. Relay back to them pieces of what they said. The feedback is proof that you were listening and gives them power, or the feeling of power, because their words were listened to. At this point you have their attention as they have found someone who thought they were important enough to listen to. Now speak your words, but don't make them cheap or you make all this effort worthless.

Communication is a dynamic process... Whenever you convey a thought or a feeling to someone else, how the other person perceives it will depend on a set of events, stimuli, that person is exposed to at that moment of time... so there is 'here & now'ness about communication.
Thus, communication is an occuring art due to this here & now-ness.
Part of mastering the art of communication is mastering the art of being aware... being aware where you stand in terms of here & now and where your audience (receiver) is in terms of here & now.
Because I am aware of this, it never surprises me when people talking in the same language don't understand one another and it always surprises me when they do...

no i do not agree on this. the biggest problem is that we are heartless and don't want to pay attention. friend we get time to talk on mobiles, we can watch t.v, we can chat on computer, we can attended parties, we can go out. but when some one really need us than we simply say that we are very busy. sorry to say but if you also watch your routine than u can find out that how much time u have for your love ones but u r not bother to spend with them

Yes, in most of the cases it like that.
otherwise people jist dont know how to communicate, they only talk, thay do not communicate.
