Is anybody having problems with Vodafone around the London and Enfield areas?

Everytime I try to make a call I just get connection error and my outgoing mesages are failing to send. I had this problem earlier but every now and then the odd message would go through but now it has stopped altogether.

As it's a company phone I'm just concerned that they have cut me off.
