If you get fired, your employer will have to pay severance pay, and you will get unemployment benefit from your last day of work.
If you quit, you will get no severance pay and your unemployment benefit may be blocked for several weeks (or even months).

Lets, look at things one by one:
UNEMPLOYMENT: If you are fired because of your injury or they cannot find a replacement job in the company, you WILL NOT get unemployment, because you will be fired for cause, you cannot do the job you were hired for. You will not get unemployment if you quit. Unemployment does not cover medical conditions. ( the reason you quit ). Further your employer will tell unemployment that.
SEVERANCE PAY: This is entirely up to your company, there is no law that the company has to give a severance package. The best way to find out your company policy on this is (1) Ask them. (2) Have they done that for others?
ANOTHER JOB IN THE COMPANY: The company is doing you a favor by looking, they are not obligated to find you anything. As a matter a fact many companies will tell you they are looking, and you sit and sit, then at some point they will just say they have nothing. Don't let this happen, quit , don't wait forever, the more time you off , the more you will have to explain to the next employer.
QUITTING: The only option you really have, since you have lost the workers compensation battle, you have little choice to repair the damage. Simply go to your employer and tell them of your decision, tell them you are concerned about your record, ask them exactly what they will say to new employers checking on you. Ask them about any benefits you will be getting, for example 401K, Pension, Cobra, etc... Then as soon as you get home type everything you were told for example what they will tell other employers send them a certified letter outlining what was said, this will be your only protection in case they decide to dumb on you. Most employers will only give information like dates of employment, rate of pay, title and either you quit ( not why), or were fired. Turn in a letter saying you quit, DO NOT SAY FOR MEDICAL REASONS! Once you decide to quit , you can put any reason you want.
ANOTHER JOB: DO NOT SAY YOU QUIT FOR MEDICAL REASONS, first off you don't have to tell the other employers unless they ask, if on a application they ask if you have ever filed , tell the truth. DO not lie on an application, if they do a back round check they will find the claim. Contact your State Workers Compensation Agency, see since your claim was denied if they even keep a record theta you filed a claim.
One other thing as far as Workers comp, most states give you a right to appeal the decision, if you did not have a lawyer , go to one and see what they say, most will let you know for free.

This is a tough one. If you allow yourself to get fired, you can collect unemployment, but it will look bad on your work history, not to mention if a prospective employer would contact this one about your work history and discover the reason you were fired. By waiting for another position, you have to look at a few factors. How long will it take for the new positon to open up? How accommodation will they be towards you? Is there a guarantee that the new positon will work out? If you quit with two weeks notice, this will look better on your record than getting fired. This will look like an agreeable separation between you and the employer as well as leaving the door open for you to explain the reason that you left the company. By all means, I would not allow myself to gert fired. This could be the most detrimental to your future career.

What the first person that answered your question said was correct.
But i suggest you keep working there and be looking for another job at the same time,By the time you get another job something new would have come up.
I think there's a different between "you are fired" when you did something wrong and "you are fired" in this your own case.
So don't worry.
But if you think the job is not good for your health, the best thing is to quit because you have only one life to live not two.
Thanks

I would speak to a lawyer.
Allergies can develop suddenly, or the particular product that your being exposed to may have been reformulated to have more the irritant in it. This is something that a court of law and your own doctor's professional opinion can determine. Of course the company's doctor is going to be PAID to not find anything wrong with you. If this job is the sum of your life's work, it is worth it to pursue compensation.

It wouldn't hurt to start looking for another position. If you find one, then make the decision to stay with or leave your current employer. Personally, I like to be the one saying good-bye rather than the other way around.
Good luck!

I would go ahead and quit, if you get fired, that always looks bad to the next employer, if you quit, you'll have a good reason to explain to the next one, if they fire you, the past employer can come up with any excuse to say why they did it....

strange? No yet being obsessively hate finished in the direction of them is risky. i understand this from own journey. I hated them in maximum circumstances for an prolonged time through 3 particularly undesirable medical care from one team of fundamentalists. Now I attempt to no longer hate them yet merely save faraway from them in maximum circumstances. Hate does no person any solid even no rely if it particularly is for an quite solid reason. I even have grown out of the detest and experience extra pity for them now than the rest. it particularly is undesirable to stay in the large quantity of worry that they do. It makes them mean, violent and blood thirsty.
