My fiancee always get sick or feel sick and even remain in bed for a day or two very sick during her menstruation why? i am getting concerned my people.

It's not too unusual, but there are meds which can help...physically and emotionally.

My fiancee used to have the same problem..her body went into overdrive the first few days and gave her cramps so bad she didn't want to move and couldn't eat anything. When she went on birth control (orthotricyclen) it fixed the problem because it regulated her hormones. She should talk to a doctor about it first, but it might work for her too.

some girls feel sick during menstruation,it is very common,especially on the first day if it is a lot.u r better take her to consult ur DR who can give her proper medicines.

Take her to her doctor and get it checked out!
Menstruation changes the balance of all the hormones and chemicals in a woman's body and can have a range of 'side effects'

usually the more a gurls needs emotional life love and care the more hurt she is during her period (scientific)

Maybe you should suggest to her that she should see an OB/GYN. That's not normal
