Yes, it's possible. The morphology of the sperm is a measure of the normality of the shape of the sperm. Misshapen sperm do not fertilize eggs well, and if they do fertilize, it's unlikely the zygote will grow correctly, so it may result in a very early miscarriage. However, even if only 8% of your partner's sperm are shaped correctly, if he has a heathly sperm count, that means there are still sperm candidates which can fertilize an egg. It may take much longer to conceive naturally. It would help considerably if you were >35; better if you were>30 years old. My (back of the envelope) calculation shows that if you are >30 and have NO other fertility problems for the 2 of you, while a couple without this problem may take 6 months to conceive naturally, you & your partner may take 4 years.

Good Luck!!

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant here https://tr.im/oQ9pF
after sex-put a pillow under your butt or prop your feet up on the wall so your pelvis is tilted
eat healthy
back off caffiene
workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.
