do the results of this test mean date of conception? eg, if the results say 6 weeks, is that when one conceived?

Its always going to be from your LMP, not conception.

there is a HUGE jump in # that are still concirdered AVARGE for any givin week in pregnancy. MY GUESS IS 6 weeks is from last period HCG # can not tell the exact days of pregnancy because the avarge is too wide. type in hcg levels in yahoo srearch you can see if you # is within the avarge for 6 weeks also hcg can be very high in twins that # would be higher then avarge for last period, Here is a avarge HCG chart in pregnancy ::::7 days 3 weeks 0 to 5
