Yes. I buy or make new ornaments every year for the kids. Then we decorate the tree together, each hanging their own ornaments. We always open one gift on Christmas eve, the rest before breakfast the next morning.

Singing Happy Birthday to Jesus. I used to think that was ridiculous when I was younger, but now that I have started a family of my own and this is my sons first Christmas...I think we'll do the same.

And since we're hispanic, we focus more on Christmas Eve (Noche Buena). The whole family gets together and have a big dinner on Christmas Eve and you stay up telling stories and talking until midnight, then you open gifts, and then you drink and be merry til everyone passes out.

We do Christmas with my family ( at my Aunts ) one day, my hubby's mom's one day, and then to his grandmas for their huge family get together..

Then I have a special day with the "family" we have gained over the years, by this I mean our friends..the ones that are true and have endured since I can remember..

usually 2 weeks before christmas, I do a traditional meal and then we party afterwards..there are no gifts at this one, no one has to bring anything..its just a good time to get together because we all have busy lifestyles..

(I do the same for my "family" 2 weeks before Thanksgiving, Halloween Weekend - pig roast, and once in the summer )

It's not much, but every Christmas Eve my mom, sister, brother, and me watch the classic Christmas cartoons: Frosty, Rudolph, Santa Clause is coming to town, The Little Drummer Boy, and Nester. Even though we're all almost grown me and my siblings stay up real late and "wait for Santa." We just hang out and munch on snacks and watch Christmas shows. Then whoever gets up first HAS to go wake the others up and we all go get Mom up. It's silly, but we always have so much fun!!!

Our big celebration night is Christmas Eve, and every years we eat baked clams as an appetizer (along with plenty of other salads and stuff) and lasagna as the main course.

After we open all our presents, we have a wrapping paper fight. Someone always winds up getting slightly hurt. :)

My Mom and Dad used to open their presents the night before Christmas and my brother and sister and myself opened ours on Xmas morning. My Mom and Dad have passed and I open mine on Xmas day. My 360 page is under construction.

Yes, we open up all our presents at midnight on Christmas Eve.

We've been doing that since I was a little kid.
